Heidelberg Warehouse

Eminent Built proudly delivered the complete construction of a high-quality, standalone industrial facility in the heart of Heidelberg West. This ground-up development combines a modern, high-clearance warehouse with a large mezzanine and full-height roller shutter access, alongside contemporary office spaces across two levels featuring a reception area and dedicated boardroom. Designed to support demanding industrial operations, the facility includes a 150-amp power supply, secure gated entry, and on-site parking for staff and visitors. The build also incorporates multiple amenities and accessible facilities, ensuring compliance with current standards while delivering a functional, professional, and future-ready commercial environment.
