Eminent Built delivered the reconstruction and restoration of a fire-damaged residence, carefully rebuilding the front façade in accordance with heritage guidelines. Original elements, including the front window and door, were salvaged and meticulously replicated to preserve the home’s character.

The project incorporated a contemporary rear build, featuring a concrete slab with zero-exposure screed and in-slab hydronic heating. Sustainable materials were used throughout, including recycled brickwork to the rear façade and recycled timber for the internal staircase and feature cladding. Integrated home automation, along with high-quality fixtures and finishes, completed a refined balance of heritage restoration and modern living.
