Eminent Built delivered the demolition and reconstruction of the rear section of an existing residence, complemented by the addition of a two-storey, fully self-contained studio. The project also included a separate detached home office and a new swimming pool, enhancing both functionality and lifestyle appeal.

The original period façade was carefully restored to preserve its character, while a contemporary rear extension introduced modern living spaces, including a new kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, and powder room. Polished concrete floors and high-quality finishes were incorporated throughout, creating a seamless blend of heritage charm and modern design.
