Eminent Built delivered alterations and additions to an existing residence, including the construction of a new rear extension and a complete refurbishment of the original front portion of the home. The project was designed to enhance both functionality and long-term performance while maintaining the character of the existing structure.

A strong focus on environmental sustainability was incorporated throughout, featuring three underground rainwater storage tanks, recycled timber flooring, and integrated home automation systems. High-quality finishes and thoughtful design elements combine to create a modern, efficient, and refined living environment.
