Royal Dental hospital

Eminent Built delivered the demolition of the existing roof and the complete construction of a new rooftop terrace, designed as a premium outdoor space for staff and visitors. Delivered above a fully operational hospital, the project required meticulous planning, with all materials and equipment transported via side access during weekends and after-hours to minimise disruption. Working directly adjacent to surgical suites, construction was undertaken with strict noise and operational controls. The scope included a custom curved steel roof with motorised louvres, integrated BBQ and kitchen facilities, and a functional picnic-style seating area
