Eminent Built delivered the partial demolition and redevelopment of an existing heritage building, carefully retaining the original front façade while transforming the structure to meet modern standards. The project included the complete reconstruction of two new apartments at Level 1, along with the creation of a new compliant corridor and stair access.

At ground level, existing retail tenancies were expanded through the removal of internal structural elements to create open, flexible spaces. Works also included the construction of new DDA-compliant amenities, complete rebuild of shopfronts with automatic sliding doors, and the installation of services provisions including restaurant exhaust and grease trap infrastructure. The result is a revitalised mixed-use development combining heritage character with contemporary functionality.
