Eminent Built delivered the complete design and construction of a bespoke two-storey penthouse apartment, featuring a concealed wine cellar, private sauna, alfresco BBQ area, and custom folding wall bed. Premium finishes include recycled timber ceilings and vanities, pre-finished cement sheet wall linings, Venetian plaster, an under-mount spa bath, and porcelain benchtops.
