ELSTERWICK RENOVATION

Eminent Built delivered comprehensive alterations and extensions to an existing residence, including the full demolition of the rear portion and the construction of a new extension with a second-storey addition. The project also incorporated a new swimming pool, enhancing both functionality and lifestyle appeal. A strong focus was placed on environmental sustainability, alongside the delivery of high-quality fixtures, fittings, and finishes throughout.
