Eminent Built delivered a comprehensive rebuild of an existing residence, involving the demolition of the majority of the structure and the construction of a new, high-quality home. Due to challenging soil conditions, screw piling was implemented to provide a stable foundation prior to the installation of a new timber subfloor system.

The design carefully balanced contemporary elements with the preservation of the home’s original character, retaining and showcasing the existing brickwork while introducing a modern façade incorporating Alucobond cladding. High-quality fixtures, fittings, and finishes were used throughout, resulting in a refined and cohesive outcome that blends heritage appeal with modern living.
